Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Please note that we do not process nor ship orders during weekends and holidays. RETURNS & EXCHANGES & MERCHANDISE CREDIT

Nabi Design wants you to love what you buy! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unworn merchandise in re-saleable condition back to us within 2 weeks after you have received your merchandise for an exchange, merchandise credit, or return. Sale items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Returns made after the 2 week time frame are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Just remember to properly pack the jewelry pieces so that they are not damaged in transit.
